Within Selfserve HR you can:

  • Access and amend your personal details
  • View Payslips, P60's & P11D's
  • Claim Car Mileage and Expenses
  • View Team Planner
  • Book Leave and Other Absence
  • View Management Information and Reports

Using Selfserve HR for the first time?
To access Selfserve HR, enter your Personal Number (Employee Number) and the password issued to you.

The first time that you log in you will be prompted to change your password and answer a security question.

Important: Once logged in, please ensure that the details held for you are correct.

Problems Logging In
If you have forgotten your password, if it is suspended or expired, providing you have an email address held in the system, you can reset your password using the [forgotten password?]link above.

You can now use personal e-mail addresses to receive notifications from Selfserve. Please ensure that you enter a valid email address, as failure to do so will result in you encountering problems receiving notifications from Selfserve and resetting your password in future.

You should only contact Employee Services if your password is locked (you will have received an email to confirm your password is locked) or if you do not have an email address.
